Project Overview
The project focused on building a foundational workforce analytics engine using PySpark to enable data-driven decision-making for HR, Finance, and leadership teams. Fragmented HR data was transformed into actionable insights covering compensation, hiring patterns, departmental distribution, and employee tenure.
